Private sessions allow you to benefit most from their extensive experience and warm instruction, in a session specifically tailored to your needs. Together, the both of you will utilize all of the equipment in the studio in order to create the best Pilates program just for you! Our goal is that all of our clients walk out of our studio feeling stronger, happier, and better than when they first arrived.
Every private session here at Studio J Pilates lasts 50 minutes.
